Please mark your calendars for ShelterJH’s Annual Meeting on Thursday, January 11 at 5:30pm in Hansen Hall at St. John’s Episcopal Church!
We can’t wait to gather with our members in person to reflect on all that we accomplished in 2023 and what awaits for 2024. We’ll discuss new board members, report a financial update, and share calls to action for our most important upcoming goals, including next year’s election. See you there!
Northern South Park (NSP) Draft LDRs released
On Monday night, the Teton County Planning Commission met to discuss the draft Land Development Regulations (LDRs) for Northern South Park. We showed up in full force—thirteen ShelterJH members shared comment on Monday. Check out this article from KHOL and this piece from the News and Guide to learn more about Monday’s meeting. The Commissioners tabled their discussion and decision to the next meeting on 12/11 at 6pm—stay tuned for more updates.
Code Red was a success!
Thanks to everyone who attended our community-centric evening of housing updates and empowering public comment tips at Code Red this month! It was a successful evening fostering community connection along with our cohosts, the Teton Dems.
